Design Thinking is a process for designing new products. It begins with empathy for the product’s users, and moves toward developing sufficient prototypes to test designs and learn from the results. It aligns nicely with agile thinking around the concepts of short iterations, frequent delivery, and a deliver-to-learn intention.
Depending on the team we are coaching, we may include some Design Thinking learning and steps. Another tool in the toolbelt.
