As I think about coaching new teams that must come together to build amazing products, I’ve been trolling TED.com for more ideas to use in coaching these teams. Trust must be present for new teams to pose ideas without fear, to doubt their assumptions and mental models, and to collaborate with honest ‘creative abrasion’ (that’s a different TED Talk) to find new solutions, love the process, and love the results.

Here’s a great new presentation (from April 2018) by Harvard Business School professor Frances Frei. I love her talk and her authenticity.
